Keep deliverability clean

Verify before you send

Reduces bounces and protects sender reputation. Don’t burn domains on unverified lists.

Use Deep SMTP only when needed

More accurate but slower. Best for high-value lists or strict QA workflows.

Prefer one clean header row

CSV with a single email column (or a clear header) is easiest to parse and segment later.

Watch disposable domains

Disposable domains are often low-quality. Keep them separated to avoid reputation risk.
